They did not have a room for me available when I arrived even though I booked some days in advance . But she ended up finding one with double beds . So everything worked out great and everyone was super friendly. The room was PERFECT and so clean . Would definitely stay here again

I love this hotel! It’s the only hotel I stay at when I visit Houston. I only hope that they upgrade the TVs soon so that guests can watch Netflix on them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I wanted to share our disappointment with our recent stay at The Chifley Houston, which was well below our expectations, especially considering the amount we paid. The check-in process was extremely frustrating — we had to wait a long time in line, and unfortunately, the reception staff were unfriendly and not welcoming at all. This set a negative tone from the very beginning. To make matters worse, we were given a low-level room on the 3rd floor, which did not match what we had hoped for or expected. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards promised, and I regret to say that I will not be staying at The Chifley Houston again. I hope you take this feedback into account and reflect it in future recommendations.

Pricing was way absurd for the looks of the hotel. No complimentary breakfast, and the prices were very high to get breakfast. They charged us for parking, and charged us to leave the parking lot. We asked for a refund for the money taken from our account to leave the building, and never got it after they said they would speak to their manager. I personally would never come back to stay. Other than that, the place was nice, just not nice enough for pricing.

Left my wedding ring in the room. Mary at the front desk was to allow me to come check the room before it got cleaned. As soon as we get here the room was being cleaned. Shannon at the front desk gave me 2 non working keys to get on the elevator to search the room. 4 Hispanics that didn’t speak English talking and smiling like we understand them. So I had to call the police to file a report.

I booked the room through Expedia. The actual hotel was nice and clean. The problem was that the Hotel also charged me for the stay. I oaid in full on may 6th and i was charged for the room after check out. I had to do a dispute with my credit card. I called and all i was told was that they would send an email.
