Great experience

We love springhill suites hotel in general. Been having a great experiences everytime, and this one is no exception. We stayed for 2 nights in the king bed suite. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect. So many restaurants close by. Next to the mal but still in the quiet area. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good

Little getaway

Great place to relax. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of eating establishments nearby and within walking distance of Katy Mills mall.

Bad Breakfast Experience

The stay was good; however, the breakfast area wasnt cleanly or continually stocked. When I asked for someone to clean the tables they came and when we requested more hashbrowns they brought more. My husband had to add water to his waffle batter so he could make himself some waffles.

Complete Mistake

Worst place I have ever stayed. Besides the TV, nothing worked in the room, including the plumbing. Unable to take showers our entire stay. Was lied to about getting a refund by both the Hotel and Hotel.com. Will never use either service or hotel again.

The property is satisfactory. Room was clean enough and the bed was great with comfy linens. There was essentially no hot water. Water would not heat up beyond tepid.

Rooms are very oddly laid out. Facility feels worn down and in need of an upgrade. Internet is slow. Lack of true management. Complimentary breakfast almost always late to be set up, missing items, or not available altogether.
