We were pleasantly surprised on this place. We had gotten a really good deal but expected it to be lower quality. The kitchen is nice. Love the set up of the room. Easy checking. Love the courtyard. My only complaint is there are curly hair on the ceiling about the shower. That was something I could see the housekeeping staff missed. Overall….we will be staying here from now on when we come down for our cruises.

We loved our stay here — it was our second time, and everything was just perfect again. The room had everything we needed, like a small apartment, and it was spotlessly clean and cozy. You can really feel the warmth and comfort in every detail. The staff are exceptional, especially May. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Her kindness and attention make you feel truly welcomed. This hotel feels like home, and we’ll definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious. And i love having a full kitchen. The only thing that was not clean was the couch bed mattress. Various stains on it. Not cool.

Clean and staff were super sweet. Within walking distance to tons of food places (Hteo) is right across the parking lot. The mattresses are not the softest (but we did stay in an ADA room, not sure if that had anything to do with that)Overall great place and would stay again!

Everything was good. The only exception is that the way the tvs are set-up ensures that the neighbors sounds like it is in your room. It was not a good design.

It is in walking distance of food places. Staff leaves at 7pm so you pickup keys from a locker. AC was really cold, the only plus. My room was dirty. Floor was half mopped. Beds had cat hair all over them.

Excellent!

It’s the 2nd time I stay there with my family and it’s always everything excellent. This time, we forgot a prescription glasses in the room and the general manager quickly supported us by dropping it off at UPS store after I sent him the label. He also called me to clarify about the box while there with UPS. They are super recommended!

Great hotel

Very close to Space Centre. Large rooms and very clean. Highly recommend if you are staying for 2-3 nights even more. There is a kitchen in the apartment as well. The staff were amazing, quick check in.
