Lovely relaxing holiday

The hotel was inviting and friendly from the outset. We arrived late at night but were still able to eat from a cold buffet and had bread and cheeses delivered to our room. The staff were great and worked tirelessly to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The main restaurant served the best all inclusive food that we’ve experienced in Egypt. There was plenty of variety and all was of a good quality. The theme nights really were themed with a lot of effort to serve different dishes. We ate in the Mexican restaurant which was also good. The Gamila restaurant at the resort next door was not so good unfortunately. The decor is a little tired but it did not detract from our stay and our room was always very clean. There is only one main bar for use in the evening and although there is seating in and out it was sometimes difficult to find anywhere to sit. Would recommend this hotel and would be happy to go back.

Fabulous holiday

Pros: Great staff good food ,entertainment.
Cons: The drink but can't complain as all inclusive it would make it unaffordable to have branded sprites and you can purchase brand bottles from the bar if
Location: You have some local shops just across the road and a shopping mall a bit further on all with in walking distance.
On arrival greeted with a drink,formalities out of the way shown to our room 16105 ground floor opposite the cold pool bar handy for a drink at the end of the day so thank you to Mohamed who had a hot chocolate waiting for my wife each day. The rooms are large with a walk in shower plenty of hot water any time of the day, comfy beds tv ours never got switched on as we did not have time as we spent so much time with the other guests have a bloody good time from breakfast until the early hours.The main restaurant has plenty to choose from so you can always find some thing to you liking ,I would just like to say to Yasser the restaurant/ bar manager A big thank you from all of us and to all your staff who made our stay so wonderful,lim sorry I can't remember all their names but you know the ones who really went out of there way to look after us please pass on our thanks. One of the pools is heated we spent most of our time ther as the bar was close by and you can also get alight lunch there so no need to walk up to the main restaurant.where ever you go you will see Yasser walking round making sure you have every think you need every hotel needs one like him. Tha animation team are brilliant, Denis Sandra Lucy Natalie And finally Medo but to name a few a grate team who get you involved from darts to water aerobics and then at night in the bar getting you taking part in activities from dancing to music quizzes,couldn't ask for a better entertainment team.

zu wenig sonnenliegen am schatten. wir mussten um 5uhr aufstehen um am schatten zu liegen.
