Hotel and staff were great. Room was NOISEY! We were in 218, but I suspect every room against the elevators would be the same. Could hear the elevator cables, some weird water pump noise in the wall and beeping all night long from the trucks backing up at the warehouse next door. Get a freeway side room.

Excellent hotel. Very clean which is our top priority. All the hotels in this area appear fairly new. Must drive a couple miles for restaurants. We were in town for the Big 10 Championship game. Price & quick 10 miles to downtown was great compared to other areas. Only little negative was lady at front desk when we left cked out Sunday was not customer friendly & playing on phone. Her only words were have a good day. At least she is attempting to have a job. But still highly recommend staying here.

The 24 hour airport transfer is awesome! Location is conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle service picks you up at the hotel and takes you directly to your airline terminal.

We stayed here because it’s close to our son and his wife’s home and close to the Indianapolis airport. We spent a few nights here while spending the days with our 3 kids and their spouses at our son’s home nearby. We even did our laundry the morning of the day of our flight home. We bought detergent from the store by the front desk and the machines were free to use. The ladies at the front desk (I should have gotten their names) were wonderful and very helpful. Our room was a King Suite with a fold out couch. We loved the feel of the room. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big enough for my husband and I to get ready for the day in. We did not make it to the pool or hot tub but it looked clean and light. We’ll probably stay here again in May. I can’t think of anything negative about the hotel.
