Good hotel, you get what you pay for. The lady at the front desk is very nice. They do have a gym that could be maintained a little better, but overall nice stay

The room was nice -king size bed.....no frills. We were only there for a day and a half and it was perfect for what we needed. Clean, quiet, had a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast available downstairs in the mornings. Vending machines and washer/dryer available if needed. Staff was friendly, building right off the exit(about 15 minutes from downtown Indy) but not loud/noisy from traffic. Room was clean, but the fridge had a minor leak which I reported. Some cracked tile in hallway by elevator, but nothing serious. Check in/out was smooth.

I deserve a refund for staying here. The sheets and blanket still dirty rooms and hallways smelled like cigarettes and mold. AC/Heat did not work. Drug addicts in and outside of the building. The only place clean was behind the check in counter where they stood. This place needs to be shutdown.

It was an okay stay. The room was nice but there were stains on some towels and bedding. The breakfast was decent for free. No frills. There were some shady guests that looked like drug addicts. It was cheap so can't expect much.

Basic hotel stay with friendly staff

Friendly staff. Clean room. Thin walls as there was someone playing loud music, 2nd night same thing with yelling as they were told to keep it down. Outside of 1 bad person, hotel was fine.

Absolutely no….

The first night of my stay included so much pot smoke, the smell seeped into my room. There were crackheads in the lobby and at breakfast, they were singing and talking to the wall. I was scared to be there at night. The shower heads are from 1980 with little pressure. There were hairs everywhere! The heat and air barely worked. The hotel is pet friendly but they don’t clean well enough so it bothered our allergies. Night 2 was better as it seems the pot smokers checked out. Would never stay again!

No pet deposit noted- yet taken as cash at desk and not returned. No mention of $225 deposit just to stay the night! Booked a king bed room, and pre paid online, but got up there and was 2 queens! Room was dirty. Couldn’t watch tv because just changing the Channel was SO DELAYED and no guide. Front desk clerk at check in was extremely rude. Front desk clerk at check out was on a FaceTime call with kids. I couldn’t even talk to her (let her know about room) because she was on the phone talking to screaming children. Parking lot was not plowed so there was no parking. Bathtub drain was clogged - gross. We were glad to get out of there.
