All opinions are important to us because only then will we be able to improve the service we aim to be great. Please note that sometimes the queues are not as short as they would normally be due to the conditions of the pandemic, even if we do everything to increase the practicality and speed of the check-in operation, such as for exemple online check-in. Even so, the use of a mask and social distance practically reduces to zero the risk of contagion. Regarding the rooms, please note that the only difference between them may be the typology and sometimes the view, as in the photos. You may also have stayed in one of the few rooms that have not yet been rehabilitated this year. We hope that, despite this situation, you will visit us soon here or in the Évora historical center.
