Most disgusting place ever. I couldn’t stay once I walked in. Didn’t even see the room and lord knows what that looked like. Probably a bug or 5 waiting for us. They also wouldn’t refund my money and said Expedia has to pay me and now Expedia says they have to wait for them. Very disappointed. This place should be condemned. The police and health department should be called and whoever else that needs to see that this place is beyond repair and extremely UNSAFE!

Got a call 5 minutes before check in at my original hotel I booked saying that can't honor giving me a room i already paid for and they were moving me to another hotel. This new hotel is very inconvenient for me and dirty and disgusting inside. Not sure why they switched me to this dump rather than compensating me with an equal or better room than I originally booked for my inconvenience. I was meeting friends at the other hotel and now at a different one away from all of them! Horrible ask the way around

Its a place to sleep nothing more.

This was a very low end place to stay. The pictures make it look like a mid level type place. However, it was very simple and outdated. Plus the breakfast had litte to no options.

This property is incredibly dirty and does not look like the photos at all. The water smells like rotten eggs, the floor is sticky, the sheets are stained, there are fluids on the TV and mirror, the heater sounds like a door opening every time it shuts off, and the experience is the opposite of relaxing. My sink had a massive crack in it in the shape of an x. The TV remote was broken, so I could not watch TV. The bottom floor is being "renovated", so you can only stay on the top floor. However, the bottom is full of broken and boarded up windows. There is 0 water pressure, and the shower screamed so loud if I wanted hot water that I think it damaged my ears. Want to take a bath? Too bad. The plug doesn't work. There was also a clear gap between my tub and the tile, which ants got in through. You can hear every single thing that goes on in the hallway. The windows are paper thin, so you can practically hear a bicycle as it goes past. I didn't even try the breakfast because based on the cleanliness of my room, I was not about to trust food from them. My best way to describe the "repairs" done to the hotel are think of the "apartment special", then picture ten times worse. You can tell that instead of hiring people who actually know how to do repairs or even watch a YouTube video of how to do it, they just tried to figure it out as they go. If this place sounds too cheap to be true, trust me, you're still paying too much.

This hotel needs a lot of work done. It’s actually lowers the Laquinta brand in so many ways. The hallway carpets were really dirty and you could smell smoke in the hall ways. I requested room cleaning twice and no one showed up. The roof was also leaking and towels were placed on the floor to dry the water. I felt the management is negligent and needs to attend to many of the repairs needed at the hotel.

We should have inspected what we expected. Cheap price should have been a sign. We didn’t unpack and canceled our stay. They charged us a $100 damage deposit which we hope will be refunded. They tried to hide the filth by dousing the room deodorizer. Oh boy!

Dirty bathroom and misleading advertising.

My stay at La Quinta was terrible. First I booked the hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle bus from the airport to their hotel and when I called the hotel, they said that their bus was broken down and they could not pick me up. In addition, their bathroom that I had was filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting mildew and dirty. The shower showerhead was basically broken. The water was coming sideways. Just a very bad experience.
