Clean, friendly staff

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We needed towels and toilet was messed up at one point. Both times I called the service desk and had someone to my room within 5 minutes. My daughter slept on the pullout and we had requested an extra comforter. They only brought us an extra blanket which would have been fine but the blanket was very old and the fabric felt melted and matted. They brought us the same style blanket after we requested a comforter again. I ended up just buying her a cheap blanket at Walmart. Overall a nice stay.

Overpriced and underwhelming

My focus was to find a room in a certain location, as well as a walk-in shower. The result was an overpriced room with one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been in. The mattress was so soft, it was difficult to get in and out of. I failed to notice this place did not offer a free breakfast so we decided not to spend more with their high prices for food.

We stayed here two nights for a wedding. This also happened to be during a little league Bb tournament. The hallways were a little loud with the kiddos. But rooms were quiet and comfortable!

First I made reservations with hotels.com and made a mistake with dates and checked out on Monday but my reservation was checking out Tuesday. They did not refund me the extra day ! we booked a room for 3 with sofa bed for my daughter and it was terrible condition and my daughter could not sleep at all. We talked to the front desk and they switched us to a different room with 2 queen beds. Also when I checked in I asked if breakfast is available and the guy said yes but did not tell me it’s not included so I ended up paying for it
