Rooms are nice. The one thing I didnt care for was the glass barn style sliding door for the bathroom. It would not stay shut, and it lights up the entire room at night time

The room was perfectly fine. But my whole family started coughing after the heat would go on. I looked at the vents and they were extremely dusty so I think dust was getting blown around the room. Also, I know this is a thing with hotel rooms now but why oh why would you put a barn door on the bathroom? That is the one room where people require complete privacy. Very odd choice.

I like that the multiple entrances had key card entry. Staff was very accommodating and suggested things around the area to do. Checking in and out was easy as can be. The lobby and grille 39 felt very homey. 10 outta 10

The hotel is very clean. The moment that we walk in it smells amazing and they welcome us with champagne. The room are so clean as well all the stuff very nice the buffet and the food was delicious and for me very excited that they had a Starbucks in the hotel. We love it.

The facility was fine. There was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving which was expected. However the was no cleaning service on Wednesday the 26th. The beds were not made up and we had to call for clean towels
