at check in we just put out luggage in the room and went to our event. Upon return from the event, I went into the bathroom and their was toilet paper in the bowl had brown stains. I asked my wife if she had used it - NO. It was late and I flushed it. At 1 AM she used the toilet and it overflowed enough to flood the room. The front desk sent someone up and she hands me a PLUNGER. They gave us another room, the drawers to the dresser were broken. All we got was a 'Sorry' While the Lady was nice, nothing offered. I've worked in Hospitality for years - not how it's done. In the words of Mr. E.A. Poe, "Nevermore"

We stayed over night and I'm the morning of my birthday. We realized it was stains on two pillows I've the front desk was notified that for it squared away and offer some services for the issue. They were almost other than that it was completely fine. However I didn't see the fire pit it know if there was one.
