note for next time..

way over priced for what it was. the room was ok, but they shouldn't be allowed to call the in room coffee and refrigerator "amenities" - more like toys. the free breakfast was real if you wanted a banana and some tap water. the shower would be icy cold one second, then peel the skin off your body the next. oh- and there are apparently only 2 ice machines in the entire building. you'll have to find them yourself, the staff doesn't know which floor their on.

No free breakfast, which website seems to advertise. Andrew (front desk manager on Friday morning) was great, but no one else was helpful. On Saturday our friend arrived and was going to sleep on the pull out couch. However, she found a used pair of underwear in the mattress. This would indicate that staff either did not check the mattress between guests or they, for some reason, put the underwear back on purpose. Front desk at that point was no help.

The hotel proper was great. I came down for breakfast, starts at 7:00, there was no one there. At 7:20 a staff member showed up, chatted with his co-workers and then asked what I would like. I didn't have time for that

When we checked in the AC wasn’t working. The room was insanely hot and muggy. I called down to the lobby and they said there was nothing they can do. We had to go buy fans. The room is also very small and cramped. We only had two people in the room and we could barely move around. When checking out I informed them again the ac did not work and he again didn’t care.

This hotel- for 400 dollars a night was awful. It would have been awful at 150 per night. There is no Chaffee service in the morning, there was no breakfast available, the ice machines were all empty, the room was filthy, the towels were dirty and so was the carpet in the hallway. There may have also been feces in the elevator.

This property needs better water pressure and a/c need tonget colder. When a complaint is made the staff here need to be able to control their guest better and stop the kids from running up and down the halls screaming and also braking things. The guest and their parents should have been asked to leave.
