The staff was excellent. The bed was great. But the AC / heater unit made an annoying noise all throughout the night I wasn't able to get a good sleep. I should have talked to the front desk but I decided to just leave it alone.

The rooms are clean and the staff seems nice but the rooms are incredibly small and cramped. There is no room to put your luggage without tripping over everything. I won’t stay there again.

First of all when we got there, the door was wide open. That was a bad sign. Then our heater was making all types of weird noises so I went downstairs to complain and they made me they switched me to another room coming to find out the room that I was in originally was under a reconstruction and he had no business being booked anyway the staff was very friendly. They gave me six or seven free vouchers so I got a lot of free snacks and after that, it was OK visit.
