The location was nice and first impression was great of the lobby with friendly staff. We went to our room but one thing after another went wrong… we were out of tissues and toilet paper. Then we discovered the fridge was filthy and had old fast food from previous guest. Then we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was very concerned and switch our rooms to them investigate the room we were in. Had to check all our belongings out of fear of having a bug in our luggage. The new room was in better condition and on another floor. The staff did their best and the new room was better so we chose to stay there. Was happy with the staff and breakfast plus the rooms were very nice. We were just put into a room that was not properly cleaned. Was a very confusing experience as it was inconvenient to change rooms from the filth but the staff was great and otherwise very nice hotel.

Parking was fine, Parking in the garage was close to the hotel entrance. The hotel lighting to the entrance was dark, and had construction near the entrance. I wouldn't walk around by myself outside. This location is near Lucas oil. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was kind and helpful.

The service desk area was very nice and the service desk attendants were incredibly nice. The breakfast buffet was good except i do not like the pre-mix eggs they served. Most hotels do that...still don't like it. The bed was not comfortable...stiff. Other than that...great location. Great service. Great amenities.

In Toen For Football

We were in town for a Colts football game. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the stadium. There are restaurants in the area. The check-in was easy and the staff was nice. Clean room and the free breakfast was nice.

Breakfast is consistent Egg, Sausage, Ham or Chorizo. Pancakes. And your choice of continental breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cereals, and oatmeal. Fresh coffee. The room was mostly clean with fresh sheets and towels.
