The service desk area was very nice and the service desk attendants were incredibly nice. The breakfast buffet was good except i do not like the pre-mix eggs they served. Most hotels do that...still don't like it. The bed was not comfortable...stiff. Other than that...great location. Great service. Great amenities.

In Toen For Football

We were in town for a Colts football game. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the stadium. There are restaurants in the area. The check-in was easy and the staff was nice. Clean room and the free breakfast was nice.

Breakfast is consistent Egg, Sausage, Ham or Chorizo. Pancakes. And your choice of continental breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cereals, and oatmeal. Fresh coffee. The room was mostly clean with fresh sheets and towels.

Although the free breakfast had a range of options, most had very little flavor and were bland. Otherwise, the place was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Highly recommended.

No complaints at all about the Tru By Hilton Indianapolis Downtown. Location is very good in relation to the stadium and many restaurants and bars. Room (and entire hotel) was clean and well-kept. Service was friendly.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our questions and gave very good recommendations. I was disappointed in how the amenities on hotels.com did not match the actual hotel. I reserved a room with a king bed, but got two queens. Also, hotels.com said free bottled water, but there was none of that (we did not ask), lastly i do not remember seeing anything about paying to park in their parking garage (found this out when i went to the actual hotels website). I would probably stay here again due to the convenience and proximity to the ball stadium, but will probably find a different place to park.

I recommend this hotel and the surrounding area.

I stayed in room 610 at the Tru By Hilton in Indianaoplis. I was greeted by Tori upon checking. She was pleasant and helped me check in. The room was basic. Pros: There wasn't any gross carpeting and the room was clean. Cons: The toilet did not flush completely inless you held the handle down longer than normal. The shower door did not close all the way and there was water on the floor after I showered, and the AC did not shut off completely even when I turned the wall thermostat off. Very strange. The hotel was walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, so I took in a Colts game while I was there. I recommend two restaurants close by also in walking distance. One was Greek Island Restaurant, and the other was Shapiro's Deli. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was Ok for one breakfast but highly recommend Shapiros in staying for more than one day.

Great location, just 3 mins easy walk from the Amtrak station. The hotel was contemporary and clean, with nice touches that helped guests discover the best of what Indianapolis has to offer. The staff were really friendly and warm. Would definitely stay again.
