The hotel is just in front of the train station and 15 minutes walking to the center. Is clean and quite. I didn’t like that the lady in front desk talk about us to her colleague in front of us. We understood. That is not professional.

Thwe room was comfortable, however since it was warm I wish the air-conditioning was working. The heavy bedding was too warm especially since air conditioner didn't work and windows were not able to open for some evening cooler air. I liked your hotel except for things I mentioned. We are planning on coming again in 2027 for another 12 nights.

Close to the station is the best that can be said. But very rude staff who make you feel unwelcome even before you've fully checked in. I had a reservation for 2pm and showed the staff member my email confirmation. She told me to go away and that it was wrong! Probably my worst ever welcome in over 50 years of using hotels!

When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome. Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude.
