The room had everything you needed, and was kept clean and refreshed every day by the staff. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the checking-in/checking-out was simple. The apartment is situated in a good location, making access to the airport or town centre very easy and quick. I would definitely stay over here again. Thank you so much!

Me and my partner stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay, the hotel is in the perfect location and walkable distance from everything. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The kitchen facilities were so clean and convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with transport ect. We also received two free travel cards for our stay, which we used to get the bus to the airport. The hotel also has a sauna and gym which were wonderful. We would 100% coke back! Absolutely amazing and can’t believe the price!

This is a little out of city center with the Christmas Market AND a good thing! As busy as it was downtown, parking etc would have been terrible! The parking here is very inexpensive, safe and closely! The two girls who checked us in were very friendly and said they were substituting for their friend who was on vacation! The Christmas markets were very very crowded so getting back to the hotel was very welcome! The shower in the bathroom had a handheld and a nice rain head. I could have stayed under the shower for an hour! We went to the Gundolf Family Show - again so close by. 20 minute walk to the Christmas Market, Golden Roof etc Great place!

We were welcomed by Kano, he was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions about the area. The room was just perfect! We do not need a lot of space for one night so the room was just right. The view was AMAZING! The room had everything we need; hot shower with great water pressure, fridge, coffee machine, kettle for hot tea, kitchen sink, dishes, extra pillows and blankets to keep us warm at night, and extras like tea and coffee. We plan on making a trip back to just explore Austria, will definitely be returning Pradl Elf.

Comfortable, well appointed, great communication

Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. Their rooms aren't all the same, but the pictures corresponding to ours were exactly as we found it after check-in. Well appointed for a short to medium length stay (though we were only here for two nights). The location is far enough away from the historical center enough to be quiet, but still a walkable distance (especially because Innsbruck is very bikeable/walkable). Their front desk keeps somewhat unusual hours but has both a number than can be contacted 24/7, and they provided detailed instructions for self check-in (we didn't need to check ourselves in). WiFi was enough for streaming video (20-30Mb/s).

Max 15 min walk to train station. Small kitchen in room with new pots & pans, utensils, dishwasher & detergent…… we arrived early and the room is ready to check in. E mail us the free downtown transportation pass in advance. Housekeeping everyday. Room is spacious.
