Solid “meh” Booked it because it could fit my whole family and could use some Expedia rewards. I wanted to really like it but I was put off by the lady working at check-in. I do this thing that I explore a property when I first arrive - and I stuck my head in the breakfast room to just look at it. And she practically yelled at me for it. Felt like I had to be on eggshells after that. I used to work in hospitality and never experienced anything like that. The other lady working the next morning was nice but I still had a bad taste in my mouth from that arrival experience. We found out the next morning that breakfast (although included) was nothing special. Pre-packaged stuff that you can microwave. But the supplied plates didn’t fit in the microwave 😂 Pancake maker machine was “out of order”. Saw a couple google reviews criticizing how “everything is broken or off limits” and “rude staff”. I think we saw a little of that but nothing that dramatic. It was “fine”. Clean and was a convenient place to lay our heads. Kids liked the bunk beds. But I wouldn’t say it was exceptional.
