Guests enter Going Coastal by entering the front door in the carport area of the home and taking the stairs to the first floor of this elevated home. On the first floor, you will find four of the home's five bedrooms -- each with their own private bathroom -- and a den with queen sized sleeper sofa. You may access the covered deck off the first floor of the home from the den and two of the first floor bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find the home's large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a half bath tucked away behind the kitchen. The home's master suite is located just off of the living room. Best of all, the screened porch stretches alongside the entire width of the back of the home and has stunning views of the lagoon below. A stairwell on the second-level screened deck takes you to the home's observation deck, which features sweeping views of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
