The hotel was superbly located close to the river with a very pleasant short walk into the town. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Break fast was excellent. Sadly the 'pub' part of the hotel was closed and that was a shame.

Very nice directly on the river front ,where you can watch all the swans in playful mood... The hotel itself the heating set.very high in the common areas...

Great location, lovely room comfortable large beds, breakfast was terrible waitress not very welcoming food not very warm, rather small for a full cooked breakfast poached eggs like hard boiled eggs not nice!!!!

Clean, confortablw rooms, but not a place for a relaxing stay. The staff make it their mission to be unhelpful, rude and distruptive. Expect to wait ages for service in the reception, bar or restaurant. Don’t even try and get a coffee on site after 10:30.

Excellent location for the RSC

Excellent hotel, with Sabrina on reception being very welcoming Second stay was as good as our first time and would recommend this hotel
