The staff are lovely, polite and helpful. The spa area is fab, clean and a relaxing space to rejuvenate after walking around the city. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was looking a tiny bit tired. The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room down.

Our overall stay at Amiral Palace Hotel was positive. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. We did encounter a couple of minor hiccups during our stay including the fire alarm going off for extended period of time at 1:30 AM in the night, but the staff handled them very professionally and apologized sincerely. The only real downside was the in-room Wi-Fi, which worked only near the door but dropped completely when we were on the bed. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel for its great location and hospitality.

Great Stay! Fast check in, Front desk people are very nice. We stayed at the ground floor, the only thing is we can hear the car noise outside and there is smell of smoke/ gas coming from somewhere on our last night. Amazing breakfast! Lots of food choices, the staff at the breakfast were very friendly and efficient, plus the rooftop dining area is awesome.

Clean and spacious rooms, terrific breakfast and food in general. Staff kind enough to keep the kitchen open for us after our first night late arrival from the airport. Hotel close to restaurants, and easy walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern. Special shout out to desk staff OG ( his initials, sorry forgot name) with the cool kicks and helpful directions and tips for catching the ferry and navigating to the other side of Istanbul. Views from restaurant and some rooms spectacular!
