We are pleased to hear that you had a wonderful time with us during your recent visit and that you gave your stay a perfect rating despite the unfortunate illness of your daughter on your departure day. We were naturally concerned about your daughter’s health, and frankly quite sad that your visit to Istanbul had to end on such a low, especially knowing that both of you had a long day coming. We are especially satisfied to learn that you felt our team was professional, accommodating and friendly as well as making you feel comfortable.
