The room were very dusty and dirty.Hair and rubbish everywhere.They didn’t clean our room evening after requesting .Staff were very rude and threatening.Felt very unsafe .Never to go back in that place again.It was horrific !!!! The picture of the place on the web are different to what we got.Breakfast is on ground floor not what picture are showing .Never to recommend to person or animal!!

Very unkind treatment of guests in this hotel

Cons: Staff should be more kind and helpful and understand their responsibility if guests have made a booking here.
Location: Close to touristic attractions
Had a booking for 4 nights here. When we came there, there was no room available for us and the hotel employee moved us to an other hotel for the night. The room was dirty but they promised us that our room would be available at 11 am the next morning. So we went back to the hotel the next morning. Now they started saying that the room would be available at 1 pm. So we went outside, and when we came back to the hotel, the hotel manager said they dont have the room for us and that we can have our money back and leave or pay extra for an other room. We accepted for one night and payed the extra money but eventually we had to leave the hotel beacuse we didnt want to pay extra for the remaining nights and came on the streets of Istanbul and had to arrange an other hotel.

Das Zimmer wahr schrecklich. Unsauber/Kalt. Das Personal wahr sehr unfreundlich. Der Mann an der recepcion sagte mir : wen es dir nicht gefählt dan kannst du drausen schlafen. Ich suchte mir ein anderes Hotel und buchte für die restlichen 4 Nächte.

Hotel aus zwei Gebäuden, laut Bilder wird die bessere hervorgerufen, man bekommt aber beim neben Gebäude eine alte Zimmer... Bad fehlen diverse Sachen, Dusche war verstopft, müssten es Reklamieren wurde aber nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst.

Bei der Ankunft in der Nacht waren unsere zwei Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig. Wir wurden in ein schmutziges Zimmer proforma untergebracht. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir unsere beiden Zimmer jedoch ohne Meeresblick wie gebucht und extra bezahlt. Sorry, aber in dieses Hotel nie wieder!

Ok hotel in its price category. Location perfect if tourist attractions are on your list. Breakfast was not good though, but there are plenty of other places for that. Bathroom had no air vents. Sea view was beautiful. Neighboring mosque woke us up every morning at seven but that’s the case elsewhere too.

Très bon emplacement , chambre ok!

Chambre bien ok mais sans plus , le ménage est fait tous les jours . Je recommande vivement si on recherche un hôtel convenable , très bien situé ;)

Cons: oh sehr vieles
Ich musste draufzahlen vor Ort dass ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster habe. War aber nicht so bei der Buhung vereinbart. Finde nicht ok. Balkon war aber sehr schön.

Unfreundlich und nicht organisiert

Würde das Hotel niemanden empfehlen Auf der Boking seite habe ich econmy Zimmer gebucht ich komme dort an und bekomme im Keller ohne Fenster ohne Klima ein Zimmer über wo all die Putz sachen sind Unfreundlich Kein Geld zurück Und war nach 2 min weg von diesem Hotel anstaht 5 Tage dort schlafen Nicht empfehlenswert und kein Cent/Lira/Fr wert
