Housekeeping staff was very rude over the phone as we requested some water bottles. I expressed shock as we were told that we would be charged for water and instead of explaining he start shouting and rambling in another language which I thought was very disrespectful and rude.

Close to all attractions

Nice hotel but no free wifi, had to pay 25 euros a day Also no bath and no view , window looked out to building opposite which made it very dark all day long

Alors l’emplacement de l’hôtel et bien situer pour faire du shopping et visiter au même temps le personnel est super sympa bien serviable à l’accueil comme au départ je remercie le concierge HAKAN pour son aide il m’as même prêté sa carte pour les déplacements avec les transports publics et toujours souriant. Ce qui m’as un petit peux déçue c’est le soir les fenêtres son pas bien isolé ou insonorisé on entends les bruits des gens et les passages des voitures mais bon sa passe.

Geniale Städtereise mit meiner Partnerin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage des Hotels war super, ca. 5-10 Minuten zum großen Basar und ca. 10-20 Minuten Fussweg zur Agia Sophia. Die Angestellten waren äussert zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!
