Sahida was very helpful with any questions I had. Overall all the staff were very friendly and nice. Hamam at the property is a big plus. The location s little inconvenient if you use the public transportation but this hotel was chosen by the dental clinic where I went for a treatment so it is convenient for commute to and from the clinic. Breakfast choices were very limited, not much to choose from and basically same every day with the exception of maybe a few dishes.

The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. It had a lot of quality food. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. A very special shout out to Ilayda and zehranur. They were extra attentive and they seemed naturally warm. Rooms was extremely clean and fresh, very comforting hotel for a nice stay we stayed for 7 nights and I can not complain about 1 thing at all we had 3 rooms booked and it was easy checkin till the checkout we had no hassle at all the rooms was cleaned everyday room service was on point and the food and coffee shop in the lobby was amazing too.
