Rooms was extremely clean and fresh, very comforting hotel for a nice stay we stayed for 7 nights and I can not complain about 1 thing at all we had 3 rooms booked and it was easy checkin till the checkout we had no hassle at all the rooms was cleaned everyday room service was on point and the food and coffee shop in the lobby was amazing too. If I make a trip back to Istanbul again will definitely be rebooking here

The room was great, and the morning staff is awesome. Some of their night staff are rude and respond to you as if they are forced to work. Simet is a great guy; he is helpful and accommodating. It would be a great loss for this place if he were to leave.

This review is from an American point of view. I gave two star only because the manager on duty tried her best but still problem was not resolved. First of all the reception are not friendly nor the breakfast crew. It’s October weather in 70s and the hotel turns on the heater saying the rooms have no control of it and we have heater running throughout the hotel since we are in winter now. I’m telling you 3 days we didn’t sleep my kids slept in there underwear we even had to open the window on 10th floor. It was horrible and uncomfortable and they wouldn’t refund us since we booked on hotels.com . We asked for milk for my 2 year old they said they didn’t get milk supply in!?! I mean don’t you have local grocery stores that u can grab some for the day and night. Overall we tried to check out and i wish i stayed with my original hotel that i usually go to (crown plaza Florya) - i don’t suggest this place at all- sorry

Booked hotel stay with breakfast paid. every time I go for breakfast staff walks after me in the dining hall and tells me i have to pay extra for breakfast because receptionist told them i don't have free breakfast with my reservation through Expedia when my reservation details clearly says I do. This goes on for every single morning. Access by walking to nearby stores and restaurants will take you to dangerous sidewalk through busy roads and highways while breathing in pollution from cars and cigarette smokes. You also have to walk through an overpass above a smelly canal, that is viewable from a hotel room window in front of the building. Restaurants on site charge high prices. I extended my stay another night because my next hotel isn't ready. They told me I can keep the same room at a great price but it will be a different price - but I can't book it through Expedia because they can only give it to me direct at the guy's special rate of $184 USD. I had no choice since it's last minute change. There were broken things inside my room that were never fixed. At checkout, I have an unopened water bottle with me that I saved from when I flew into IST given by Turkish Airlines. The receptionist asked me if I took it from the mini bar and I said no. Clearly, it is a different water bottle brand and size. She told me I can't leave the property yet until they have someone check the hotel room to verify if I used any. I waited 15 minutes and after she told me I'm clear.

My overall stay was great. Lldya from Guest Services and the front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating. However, I had to go down to the front desk several times during my stay as the room key would not work and seemed to only be programmed for one day at a time. Also, the air-condition was never sorted out. The room was quite warm and it could not be adjusted, despite the Engineering team visiting the room twice to take a look at it. Also, the room was very clean, no issues at all with the cleaniness.

Most of the staff don’t speak English or choose not to speak. Only person found helpful and understanding was Elida Guest Relation On our last day the staff in Breakfast area was extremely rude and made my sister cry. As we were a big group of 15 persons, yes we were a little noisy at the pool area which they dint like and said this is a business hotel and not a family hotel.
