WAS SO BAD WE WALKED OUT AND CHANGED HOTEL

Pros: NOTHING, TAXI COULD NOT PARK PUTSIDE SO YOU NEED TO WALK 150FT WITH ALL OF YOUR LUGGAGE ACCROSS THE TRAM TRACKS!!!!!
Cons: SMASH IT DOWN AND BUILD A NEW HOTEL!!!
Location: FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!
-I was told that on arrival at 2pm that I would need to come back after 4pm to get the room. - soaking wet towels pilled onto bed!!!!!! -The room was in a very poor state of repair -A large Mirror was just leaning against the wall without any fixings which in a family suite is hazardous! -The room was clearly not as advertised -The wardrobe of the room fell onto my wife and after examining was found that its screws was missing/ broken -The bathroom Ceiling had partially collapsed and tiles and plaster was exposed and loose to fall onto anyone using the shower -The bathroom fan was exposed and had been left dangerously hanging -The air conditioning was not working and in any case was only present in 1 of the bedrooms -The pillows did not even have covers on them and were covered with mould and other items -The television remote was missing its back cover and batteries -The single beds had hairs and dirt on them -The windows did not close/ seal correctly due to missing rubber seals and allowed noise pollution from the outside including the very loud noise from the tram line

only good thing about this hotel is the location

staff very rude wont even keep our lugguge in the lugguge room for 4 hours b4 we get our room. will not recommand this hotel to any1. rather pay a little bit more and get a better hotel.

Ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Mein Buchung war über expedia. Als ich dort im hotel angekommen war nachts war mein gebuchte Zimmer schon vergeben. An der rezeption sagte man mir dass ich woanders unterkunft kriegen würde und das zwei straßen weiter also mussten wir dort 2 nächte verbringen. Dort war natürlich nicht erwünscht weil wir komplett was anderes gebucht hatten als dort. Am 3 tag wo wir dann zurück an unser hotel angekommen sind, war ich so enttäuscht weil die bilder im internet nicht übereinstimmen. Die zimmern sind unsauber überall noch haare auf dem betten gewesen. Teilweise schimmel im bad. Klima hat nicht funktionert. Unser urlaub dort war sehr unangenehm nie wieder über expedia buchen. Als ich mich dann bei expedia gemeldet hab und über die sachen erzählt hab, hat expedia hotel kontaktiert da aber an der rezeption kein mensch deutsch oder englisch sprechen konnte, konnte expedia mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Einfach nur schade es war für mich albtraum.
