Overall staff were polite and room was clean. They allowed us to check in early which was nice. Location is really good as its only a short walk to the market and had good links to trams/buses. However, building is old and we was given the room by the lobby area, this meant that we could hear EVERYTHING coming from the lobby which was disturbing as staff mingled and spoke on the phone using loudspeaker in the middle of the night and woke us up. Don’t take the room by the lobby if you hate outside noises.

Rooms were quite okey, location near to metro station but on a hill, not very easy way there. Staff were really friendly.

Sehr freundliches personal leider liegt das hotel weit oben sehr steiler fussweg ca15 min fussweg zum grossen bazar und gewürzmarkt praktisch , beim hotel hat es keine turisten mehr die gegend ist nachts unheimlich

Nous ne devions rester que deux nuits dans cet établissement et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a informés que nous ne pourrions y coucher la première nuit car il y avait un problème avec la chambre. On nous en a proposé une alors sur Sultanamet et nous devions revenir la nuit suivante au HHK.
Nous étions très mécontents car nous n'avions que trois nuits et que je ne souhaitais pas perdre de temps dans des déménagements inutiles. Je ne voulais pas etre hébergée sur Sultanamet, trop éloigné par rapport a nos projets. On nous en a trouvé un a proximité, petit mais suffisant. J'ai également des problèmes de santé et des difficultés à me déplacer. Le responsable de HHK nous a déposé en voiture et est venu nous chercher pour petit déjeuner au HHK. Nous avons été consuis par l'accueil, l' hôtel et le petit dejeûner...
J'ai demandé à terminer mon séjour a Istanbul au HHK. On est venu rechercher nos affaires en voiture à l'autre hotel... et franchement tout a ete super
