The rooms were nice. However they were not clean. I was most disappointed with the customer service. After a day out me and my family returned to the hotel of which we were informed by a lady that she wanted to speak with us. She said to put our bags away and come back down as she needed to wait for her friend. We went back down to reception waiting for her friend to turn up. However in that time she listed problems we had apparently created. The first problem was that upon our arrival, we experienced a problem communicating with the taxi driver and she wanted to know why we did not ask her colleague for help. We explained that when we arrived, her colleague was not there when we needed a translator. Instead someone overheard and helped us translate to the taxi driver. She then went on to say, why we did not book a hammam through her. We advised that we came to reception and asked for her for a nice hammam. She said she knew of two hamams but only had a leaflet for one. She explained that it is a standard hammam but would be nice for us. Upon our own research, the reviews of that hammam were not good. We therefore got some external help in finding a hammam. The lady at Kadirga explained that the managers of the hotel had a problem with us going for external help. We tried to address the problems however she was not listening to us. We felt we were being accused of doing someone wrong. It led to a huge argument which ruined our holiday. Therefore we won’t be visiting Kadirga.

Personnel très agréable et qui n’hésite pas à s’adapter aux demandes particulières. Néanmoins les chambres restent très mal isolées, donc on entends les voitures la nuit, les gens qui parlent dans les chambres d’à côté…

Hôtel avec personnel non accueillant

Pros: Proximité avec les lieux à visiter
Cons: Personnel Propreté Maintenance

Hôtel avec localisation intéressante malgré la pente pour atteindre le Tram Personnel non accueillant, pas de sourire pour la majorité.... mais un seul employé avec le sourire remonte un peu mon avis Propreté des chambres est le point le plus critique et le plus inacceptable, avec un séjour de 8 nuits passées le personnel de nettoyage n'a jamais changer nos draps (beurk...) Le nettoyage sous les lits, sous les meubles n'est jamais faits, il y a des morceaux de verres anciens qu'un enfant de bas âge peut manger...les sols sont collants sous lits, meubles tellement que cela fait longtemps que cela n'a pas été nettoyé Les murs sont recouverts de papier qui est décollé à certains endroits. La salle de bain contient une cabine de douche qui fuit et donc rempli la salle de bain d'eau Pas de vue sur la mer contrairement à la présentation, photos, les chambres sont assez sobres et ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité sur place L'accueil ne nous renseigne aucunement; insiste pour que nous prenions des navettes beaucoup plus cher que le prix normal (histoire de commission à la clé pour eux je présume mais au détriment du client!!!) Il est certain que le prix n'est pas excessivement élevé mais le rapport qualité n'est pas du tout au RDV. C'est un décevant 2/5 que je propose; sans excès et avec un avis sincère

Hôtel accueillant proche de la mosquées bleu

Hôtel correcte mais il faut marché 10 min pour allé a la mosquées et au bazar .le personnel de l'hôtel très accueillante parle ongles et arabe en peu fait des activités organisé par l'hôtel exemple le tour de la croisière et visite l'île des amirrat il faut demander pas cher taxi aussi possible pour ce déplace
