I went there on Ramadan. The Customer Service experience was wonderful every morning. I was sent my Breakfast to my room with unbelievable breakfast options. It was like a Breakfast for three people. The hotel is a magnificent building and rooms are charming but a little tired. The hotel is well located for easy access to the major tourist sites and the ferry terminals. Most of the front desk staff were helpful but they need to smile more. I would stay at this hotel again.
