The hotel is conveniently located to must-see attractions. Most local attractions were about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is incredibly well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing......good food with the view from the top floor of the hotel. I totally enjoyed my stay there and look forward to being there again when I am in Istanbul.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good but I have a recommendation that the food and beverage department can think about changing the options every day put something different for breakfast. The location of the hotel is by the Egyptian bazar and Mahmutpasa bazar and near the grand bazar. Location location location. Definitely this will be where I will be staying every time I visit Istanbul insha allah

This is an old hotel, with a need for refreshing. The bathroom was actually quite updated, with a great shower, but the room was tired. The room (suite) was stuffy and had a vague smoke smell. The lobby and public spaces were nice and the breakfast was plentiful.

I went there on Ramadan. The Customer Service experience was wonderful every morning. I was sent my Breakfast to my room with unbelievable breakfast options. It was like a Breakfast for three people. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The inside room had a window that opened into the foyer area above the check in desk. The room was hot and noisy. We moved to a room where the windows opened to the outside and the room was bigger. It was quieter and cooler. They did not have washcloths. The staff was helpful. The bar and staff was excellent. Buffet breakfast was great.
