The hotel staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. The area is a bit far from the touristic centre however it is within minutes by taxi to few shopping malls, marina and the sea. You can take a taxi or a tram bus followed by a tram to the centre. The metro station also takes you direct to Istanbul airport within 20-25 minutes. If you want to try the traditional food and shop where the locals shop then this is a brilliant place to be. The food offered in nearby market was great with many options at very affordable prices. The shops were significantly cheaper probably half the price you would get downtown.

This is the second time we were supposed to stay in this hotel. But when we checked in they told us to go to their sister hotel (tempo airport). The front desk staff was very rude in the airport hotel. He treated us as if we are a burden on him not guests to the hotel (although we did ask for nothing)… he didn’t even say hi back. Very interesting experience and opposite to our last one

3 gün önce rezervasyon almama rağmen rezerve ettiğim oda ile ilgili bir sorun yaşadım.Yol yorgunu olduğumuz halde 1.5 saat lobide beklemek durumunda kaldık.Oda olmayınca karşısındaki Tempo Hotel'de ki başka bir odaya geçtik.Koordinasyon çalışmalarında sorun olduğu belli. Hizmet olarak gayet iyi olduklarını düşüüyorum.Kahvaltısı güzel odalar konforlu fakat ufak tefek sorunları var.Buzdolabı iyi soğutmuyor klima güçlü değil gündüz yeterli olmuyor sıcaklarda . gece ise yeterli oluyor.Personel hizmetine 5 yıldız verebilirim . Güleryüzlü ve son derece ilgililer. Önerebilirmiyim ? Evet .

Es gibt gute und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (nicht alle). Der beste Helfer war Mustafa, hat sich echt Mühe gegeben das wir zufrieden sind. Frühstück immer gleiche Sachen. Sonst für Business Trip ganz gut.
