Our tv didn’t work till our fourth night and we was only there for 6night so it was very annoying since I was on a break with my partner and left the kids back home so just wanted to stay in most nights. The staff were nice and really tried but apart from reception staff, most didn’t speak any other languages so it was quite difficult, especially room service... e.g I asked for ‘less sauce on my food and he replied no sauce’, it got so confusing that I told him to forget about it! Everywhere in turkey they have a smoking area and my partner was really happy as it was snowing when we arrived so he didn’t need to go out doors but half way through our stay, the hotel decided to band the smoking room as a friend of the hotel boss was unhappy with this as he had a baby and wanted to sit in THAT room... in all the public rooms he chooses the smoking room!!!! A really disappointing move from the bosses!

Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Erstaunlich nur, dass an der Reception praktisch kein Englisch verstanden/gesprochen wird.
