Overall, it was great experience. Unfortunately, there is still slight smell of smoke in the hotel corridors though even the room itself was smoke-free. Would be great, if the hotel honoured Expedia VIP access, silver and gold membership benefits as been communicated by Expedia website during the booking. Business center in the hotel is “week” with no reliable Internet connection nor English typeset keyboards. Thanks, there is a concierge to help you print out the documents.

This is not a 5 star hotel. There are cats roaming around the lobby and the bathrooms need some renovation / re-sealing of bath tubs. We checked out and asked that our luggage be stored while we were out in the city. When we came back to get our luggage and head to airport, i.e. 7 hours later, the luggage was still sitting in the lobby. The location is good.

Shower door broken and spilling large amounts of water into bathroom. Towel holders both broken. Toilet roll holder broken and spare broken off and missing. Electrical socket loose on the wall, a clear electrical and fire hazard. Rotten woodwork in the room. Staff not interested to hear my complaints. This place is completely rundown and lacks even basic maintenance. I suggest you avoid it.
