the Springwater is about the best value I’ve ever had in a hotel. It was SO clean, the bed was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful and I felt safe. With a child going to school locally, I’ll be back…just delightful!

We spent 2 nights there with our dog. The room /bathroom were newly upgraded and spotless. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of variety provided every morning for the free breakfast It’s approximately 15- 20 mins to downtown Ithaca. It was a pleasure staying there and we will definitely return there in the future

The property is freshly renovated, beautifully done, clean, fresh, very pretty, cozy. Very close to Cornel Botanical Gardens, Ithaca. We will be staying there again!

Great Place to stay!

The room was brand new. New carpeting - very clean - new bathrooms - refrigerator - microwave. The outside looks worn but the rooms are fresh and new. The new AC fan, however, was very loud. Additionally, the bedspread should be swapped out for a double sheet over a quilt. There were plenty of towels and built in soap - shampoo - conditioner and lotion bottles. Very nice owners.
