Bella casa ma...

La casa si trova ad Itri, quindi un po' fuori mano dal mare. La struttura e ben tenuta e molto grande ma si vede che è "vissuta". Il pomeriggio era impossibile godersi il giardino a causa delle numerosissime zanzare. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il piano cottura ed il bagno del piano superiore e la governante è stata gentilissima a fare sistemare tutto nel minor tempo possibile. Chi cura la gestione della casa è stata gentilissima, ma personalmente essendo fuori da tutto non ci tornerei

Casa accogliente

La casa rispecchia le foto pubblicate. È accogliente ,comoda e fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. Il giardino poi è ben curato e pulito così come la piscina. L'unica cosa è che lo spazio fuori la sera è poco sfruttabile per la poca luce. Anche le persone di riferimento sul luogo, sono state molto gentili e pronte, quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del loro intervento. Riguardo al prezzo però ho trovato care le spese da pagare a parte(pulizie e consumi elettrici).

Dom bardzo ładny ale zaniedbany Płacimy za sprzatanie koncowe a na wstepie w domu brudno Basen trzeba sie prosić żeby ktoś wyczyścił na koniec agencja pobiera opłate za prad wg licznika i wliczaja sobie w to podlewanie trawy co noc po 3 godziny, pompę w basenie, oświetlenie na zewnątrz itp Wifi to porażka, w domy brak sieci komórkowej, trzeba szukać na zewnątrz

Przestrzeń i klimat za rozsądną cenę

Polecam nawet dużej rodzinie lub grupie. Byliśmy w dwie rodziny - łącznie 8 osób i przestrzeni jest aż nadto. Bardzo fajny i duży ogród oraz sad: pomarańcze, mandarynki, cytryny i figi prosto z drzewa:). Młodsze dzieciaki okupowały basen w ogrodzie - bardzo solidny i czysty. Nasze ulubione miejsce do domek z grilem, piecem chlebowym i coś na kształt dawnej westfalki. Piekliśmy tam przepyszne cuda - warzywa z targu i mięso sklepowe. Do miasta 5 kilometrów ale jak jest samochód to nie problem. Plażę polecam w Sperlonga - na pierwszy ogień tę przy muzeum archeologicznym (samo muzeum też bardzo ciekawe). Jedyny mankament to zasięg telefonii komórkowej - w domu właściwie jest się poza siecią. Ale może to dodatkowa zaleta tego miejsca:)
