Used this for a one night airport stopover and only wish we had more time there. Free shuttles to and from airport with staff in touch on What's App to arrange pick up very efficiently. Hotel was lovely, big, modern and clean room. Breakfast was a fantastic buffet with many options including freshly cooked items to order.

It’s convenient for the airport and has a free shuttle. However, it’s not a 4*. It’s a huge hotel with many many long corridors and cell-like rooms (at least superior rooms). So small, there’s no room to open the luggage. Bathroom partitioned off by a glass wall so if anyone needs to use it in the middle of the night - all room lits up. Shower doesn’t have a door so water sprays all over. Room service - whatever I wanted to order was sold out, and tortilla chips portion was meagre for the amount of $ they charged. Also, there’s a karaoke place there which was very loud and I could hear it in our room with was quite a distance away. It was ok for 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t return

Fantastic stay at what is now our favourite Jakarta hotel. Excellent facilities, especially the pool/spa/sauna area, swimming/relaxing every day. Staff are always friendly and helpful, was able to get a decent cup of tea too (we're Aussies and appreciate that). Big shout out to Maura who, at the request of istriku tercinta, set up our wonderful honeymoon suite - truly amazing and greatly appreciated. Give that lovely young lady a raise and promotion!!
