Great for a family we had the suite so was good for kids. We brought extra food to have and store in the room. Pool was fun for them. Gym could be better equipped with workout equipment.

Our stay was amazing. We reached at the midnight and the front staff was so friendly and accommodating. They also responded my message very efficient from Expdiea. The staff were friendly and happy everytime we asked for help. It was a very happy trip for my family !

Very wonderful stay! Lovely property and staff. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room was very picky on making it hot but we did get it to work sometimes

The only thing we didn't like about the Chateau Jasper was the fact that the hot tub has no jets. This has gone down hill over the last few years. The pool area is nice and the swimming pool is good but the hot tub is just a soaker tub and should not be advertised as an amenity that it is not.
