Receptionist was not friendly, restaurant not open for breakfast, one reason for booking was that they would serve breakfast. There was construction going on. Room had a nice view, but was getting a bit shabby, crack in toilet bowl, rust in mirror corner, rusted vanity light. Internet poor or nonexistent, limited cable tv, should be all top notch in a resort, like this. Not related to our stay, what did they learn from last years fires, why not replace the roof shingles with metal roofing and cladding with a non combustible product. Surrounded by trees and one way out, scary.

The room itself is very nice. However, we arrived at 5pm and still needed to wait 20 minutes as the room was not ready yet. Once I entered the room I realized that the lake view is very limited which is not what I was expecting from this reservation.

Great property.

We really loved the room. It was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a relaxing time while on the property. The only issue was the wifi. Had a hard time getting service and when we did, it was slow. Overall, we really liked our stay. We will be back!

Great choice for Jasper accommodations. We got the whistler suite which was super useful to cook. We liked the peace & quiet, the lobby had a good coffee machine and staff was nice.
