The interior of the rooms are a definite acquired taste and some of the finishings could be much better. There was no information that I could find in the room noting how to use the TV for example and the room on entry was very cold as the window was left open (I visited in mid November so it was cold). Not an issue per se but the duvet had no cover and instead was sandwiched between 2 sheets which didn't create a lux feel to the bed however, the bed itself was the mot comfortable i've expereinced in a hotel. An average hotel in my opinion but the bar staff in the new bar were amazing.

cleaning rag was left in room when we arrived. I called desk to have it removed and was said someone would take it out. This never happened. No hot water for shower. No blow dryer in room. Had to call to get one sent up
