I had an absolutely lovely stay. The room was quite nice, but in particular I have to mention the staff who were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Possibly the best I have ever experienced. The breakfast buffet is equal to the best in Europe, and the egg chef is a fun guy and a master with eggs.

The staff are outstanding Tabo and Herman where awesome and so friendly and full of laughter that made our stay extra special The hotel was good and being within montecasino grounds with so much to choose from for restaurants and bars and have plenty to offer for kids.
