We requested for late check out and got no response. Upon asking the staff at counter he said that coz of weekend they won’t do. Also after check out I asked him if I can fill a water bottle and he said there is no water dispense. I am sure the staff should have drinking water where they drink the water from. I guess the staff prefers to say No rather then a polite explanation

Very bad serviced hotel

The service was very poor. Try calling for room service and after call transferred here & there, unable to make any order. The housekeeping never come to our room on last day and there wasn’t any place that we can sit at the lobby. Very poorly managed hotel.

From the check in counter, need to walk pass the shopping mall to the apartment. Only 1 lift to access the apartment we stay, if too many people, need to wait very long. Apartment condition: 1 common room aircon not cold. Common toilet water heater not working.

Awesome,convenient as connected to ksl mall. Dinings restaurants plenty,food stalls food street local eateries at level same as lotus supermarket. Massages and Hair salons are plenty and available.
