Staff totally useless. Ignore request to correct problems, just say yes and do nothing.. Wi-fi often not working and no wi-fi in hotel lobby. At first given room on top floor, but kept awake by water tanks above filling. Broken toilet seat, black mould in shower. If I could give zero stars I would..

I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours.

Everything was as per usual as we had visit KSL on a numerous occasions and short stay at the hotel. What was disappointed this time was weak wifi, no hot water for showering and poor noise insulation at tower 2 room.
