The overall experience was fine, but I don't think it's worth the price. The view of the ocean front room is hidden by the building wall, so I can only see a partial view. The shower water is cold at night. Valet parking is not a 24-hour service.

Pool is nice and room was spacious with nice sea view. Gym was well appointed. Valet service was great. The hotel has one evening dinner venue with very limited options. The room lacked consistent hot water for showers etc. The hotel constantly had pools of standing water around the public areas and on our balcony as there is improper drainage everywhere after it rains. Staff in the shops were quite grumpy and unhelpful.

This resort was great. The property was a little older, but they renovated and it was clean. Customer service was fantastic and actually better than another 5 star resort that I stayed at on the big island. Location was amazing and easy to get around, I’d definitely come back here again.
