The property was in a beautiful location, very quiet and restful. The internet service was terrible, many times I wasn't able to connect to the internet. Housekeeping did not come in one day until the evening, when we were getting ready to go to dinner. The restaurant at the bar was very short staffed, one young woman was taking orders, and another was preparing and serving the food. My best advice is the resort needs to hire more staff.

Ants in our room and they were not able to relocate us due to all rooms being full. They did refund our hotel fee at the end of the stay after our complaint. Seems like a portion of the hotel is close off or not being used. Shops/tenants were empty and spaces unused. Some things were nice but others appears to get the “landlord treatment” and were just painted over or ignored. Very limited dining options close by, but was very close to the harbor for excursions/planned snorkeling etc.

If you live in a trailor this is probably paradise

Trashy crowd, overpriced, poor food, very low amenities. Beds are free of springs, making them feeling like laying on a sponge. Good luck if you have any back issues.

Beautiful property with a restaurant and small shops onsite for convenience. The only negative comment I would have is that they charge $30/day for self parking. Valet parking is optional and makes sense to have a charge for that convenience however self parking should be included.

My recent six-night stay was mostly positive, with one exception. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area, and our king bed with a partial ocean view was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony which included a small table and a clothes drying rack. As travelers with a baby under 1, we appreciated the hotel offering of a crib/pack and play, which was a huge plus so we didn't have to pack one. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurants. However, there was one significant downside: our room was only serviced once during our entire stay without prompting the front desk / guest services. The other four days we needed to call to receive housekeeping. While we understand the hotel may have been booked to capacity, it's expected for housekeeping to come without prompting unless otherwise requested.

The property was fine and I love the location. I knocked a couple stars off for two reasons. 1. What they consider a "partial ocean view" might not be what they think it means. Standing on my balcony and peering over the railing to see a sliver of bay is not, in my opinion, a partial ocean view. 2. Noisy! This is room dependent. My "partial ocean view" room overlooked the valet parking, loading dock, and outdoor dining area. Apparently the hotel loads up on supplies at 4am in the Hawaii time. 18 wheelers in reverse make that classic beep, beep, beep. Too much for my single paned, sliding patio door to block out. People on east coast time apparently like to eat at the buffet at 6am Hawaii time. Once again clank, clank, clank of the plates and glasses. Very jarring noises to my ears. Now you may ask, why didn't I request a room change. Well I did, but the hotel was full and they couldn't accomodate until my trip was half over. Now I would ask, "why did they assign me such a room in the first place?" I'm not sure. I arrived promptly at 3pm and it wasn't like I got the last room left. The resort charged $30 per day self parking and $35/day for services I didn't use and wifi that did not work. Apparently, I could have paid even more for better wifi. I declined that as my phone service was adequate. When I checked out of the hotel with my valid concerns, staff was having none of it. No concessions or refunds allowed!
