Bathtub and bathroom sink not draining. Informed the front desk in the morning and they promised to get it checked. In the evening while taking a shower, we realized problem hadn't been fixed and we couldn't use the shower. We requested they give us a new room at 9pm. They instead insisted we wait for the maintenance guy to come have a look. At 10.30pm, maintenance guy says he can't fix it and we should get another room. Very frustrating and terrible service for a problem that could have been handled better and easily.

I paid $40 for an add on breakfast through Expedia each night, and had it only be worth a $25 voucher. This was very misleading and no where did it say that it was only for 1 adult when I had 3 people in my party. I will never add on anything again, which is too bad when it was such a great breakfast.

The facility is clean and very comfortable, convenient location but they definitely need more staffs, the room won't be cleaned unless you tell them.
