This property is old, run down, and in need of updating. Homeless in back alley, old metal windows, no sound proofing. Mattress needs replacing, bathroom too small to close the door, and internet access ridiculous.

The location is walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is run down and the outside windows are very dirty. You get what you pay for. The price for what I got was reasonable.

Needs updating, but Manager was helpful

An older building that needs updating. The washroom and furnishings were definitely dated. The closet sliding door was broken, i.e., removed an just left in the closet. However, the Manager was very helpful as she provided the power bar (which was going to be installed anyways) as there was not enough outlets.
