A bit Expensive
The room was perfect. It was clean, i brought my puppy, they gave my dog a little goodie bag with treats, disposable waste bags, and tiny frisbees. He loved them! The staff and guests were very friendly to us and our puppy.
Had called Sunday morning to reschedule our stay as the dates were for the wrong Sunday, and was placed on hold for over 30 min before i hung up, we are a company that comes to NKC. for overnights and had been stying at theHoliday inn express, but are looking for a new options.
Attempted to check in and was told there was no vacancy after I had obtained a confirmation 24 hrs before. No email/text to allow me find alternate hotel earlier in day.
