My favorite thing at Element is breakfast, happy hour and evening tea! Its these little things that make Element our go to hotel when in kansas city! The place is clean, the bed so comfortable and t h e room is large with plenty of room to relax. Even the kitchenette is so cute and would be appreciative if there weren't good restaurants close.

I didn't have breakfast due to I woke up late. The parking was very convenient. I didn't feel safe in my room #162 due to the side door of the building was broken and could not shut. Meaning anyone can come into the bldg from that side door that isn't authorized to be here. Very uncomfortable feeling.

The front desk staff were phenomenal! They were so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are large. The breakfast was delicious. We were surprised they had a chef making fresh eggs to order, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. I have zero complaints. We will for sure stay here again.

The only staff I ran into was at the front desk. They were all very nice but what really stood out was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast bc I had plans but I would tell anyone that the selection offered was excellent.

The staff were very friendly! The room was fine- nothing fancy, but served its purpose for the few days that we stayed. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, though- too firm- so much so that my husband had to sleep in a chair one night (that wasn't any better). The pool is supposed to be heated, but it was frigid, and did look like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. The breakfast options were better than expected. If the bed wasn't as hard as a cinder block, we'd probably stay here again.

Room was good. We were called to ask if we would switch from a 2 bed room to a one king room I wasn’t thrilled about it, but I said I would. And then after I got off the phone, I wondered if this was still a studio. So I called back and they said no it wasn’t. I said I paid for a studio with two beds at least I could get to the studio. So they were able to find me a king bed in a studio. And they gave me some credit at the store for my flexibility. Sunday morning for breakfast was a disappointment. We got downstairs about 9 AM. Very little food left, no eating utensils, and very, very packed. No one clearing dishes. The grill was still open and had long lines.
