I was very unhappy with the “new rule” from the front desk about the range for the shuttle. The website says 5 miles… the front desk worker said 3 miles. When I was there in May it was 10 miles. I arranged my rental car pickup to take the shuttle. The rental co was short staffed so they couldn’t pick me up so I had to get Uber. I was not happy. The place is nice and has a good breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly from check in to airport transport driver. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a goodie bag. Room comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, friendly customer service

The Fairfield was lovely. The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was lovely and the young man who checked us out was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the updates look great. We enjoyed our stay before flying out and will definitely return on our next early flight.
