Clean and secure but dated room with fridge. Hotel and casino seemed deserted but it was a Monday evening.

This hotel needs to do some serious upgrades to charge $250 a night. The bed was Rick hard. Neither myself or my wife got any sleep last night. The carpet in the room had ridges in it that you would catch your foot on. The lighting in bathroom was terrible. Way too dark for my wife to put her makeup on.

For a Ceasers property we absolutely expected more from this experience. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover my feelings on their experience. From inattentive, unfriendly staff. Beyond poor service for breakfast. Having to provide your drivers . license to use a luggage cart.

The hotel is showing it's age. The carpet in our room needed to be stretched and had a big raised area across the room that we tripped on several times. All the doors had heavy dings and missing parts of the trim in the room and hallways. The food and staff were great.

The first non-smoking room they gave us smelled so strongly of smoke and spray to cover it. The carpet was torn, stained black in areas, very dirty. Second room they gave us , clearly was never cleaned same issues except there was specks of something all over the floor so had to have them come vacuum. and again, the floor was so dirty there were black in spots. also it was lifting and bunched up which was unsafe for walking. Front desk person could have cared less. I asked another person in the elevator about his room. he said he had the same issues in his room. I have never had to write a bad review before. I dont know how they got a 3.9
