Two bedroom, 1.5 bath 3rd (top) floor unit with elevator (unit is near elevator), air conditioning in the living area and stunning ocean and sunrise views. This condo provides 635 square ft. of comfortable living space. King bed in the main bedroom. Second bedroom is a den with a Queen bed and sliding doors for privacy. Full size sofa sleeper available upon request for a fee.

Great location with a few drawbacks.

Overall the property was great. perfect location. Pool size was very deceiving and very small and seemed as though it was not heated so we never went in it. Bedrooms were extremely small and outdoor chairs were uncomfortable. Checking in was a breeze. the biggest downfall was how close the neighbors were. It was bad wanting to just sit in quiet on the deck in the morning and watch the sun come up and the neighbors turn on the back light and sit within feet of you. A few of these things could have been disclosed i feel.

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean!

The condominium was very clean, updated and well supplied. The view from the deck makes it very difficult to do anything but relax and enjoy! You are convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The management company kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Perfect place!

Lovely stay

The condo was nicely situated to walking everywhere. The walking path along the beach is fantastic and so fun if you rent bikes. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and everyone was so nice to deal with. We would come back here!

Simply Amazing!

Amazing place, very clean, crazy beautiful views. The whole process with the management follow up emails to help you through the check in and check out process was outstanding. If you are looking for a wonderful convenient location for beautiful hikes/waterfalls and all the modern day amenities located near by, this is the place for you! All the beach toys were awesome and allowed us to enjoy the beach in comfort. The two AC units kept the condo cool and comfortable for my family. Very safe location, excellent parking and an elevator right to the front door of the condo. The washer/dryer was great to bring back clean clothes so we didn’t have a ton of laundry when we got home. I want to thank the owners for allowing us to use their condo. You have a slice of heaven! Mahalo!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay on your property. The rental property has all the required amenities needed to make it a great vacation. The elevator makes it an easy choice if the 3rd floor is an issue for anyone.

Great Spot

This was a wonderful location in Kapa'a. The view was beautiful to wake up to sunrise each morning. The listing was well designed to give privacy to both rooms, and was very clean upon arrival.

Nice place, some further information may have been helpful

There was a fair amount of sand still in the space when I checked in, but there is a vacuum, and I was able to take care of that quickly. Also, it would have been helpful if the property management had explained the situation with the traffic before I arrived. Due to ongoing road construction, it would take me more than an hour to travel to beaches that were good for swimming. It would have been helpful to have that information prior to arrival so that I could have planned accordingly.

Checking process

The checking process was easy. My complaints are that the property manager don’t reply unless you call them. Due to arriving early we send then message to do checking early to leave the luggage they never reply us back. We called them and the property manager say that no early check in because the property was occupied but she will gave us a call once the property was ready. We never heard back from here. Another thing is that you are supposed to print a parking pass. They should have those pass inside the unit. How you will print the pass if you receive the info one or two days before your arrival day. We got lucky because we stay the day before in a hotel and got access to the printer but what about those that fly and receive the checking instructions days before and re already traveling. Those are my complaints.

Convenient with a beautiful ocean view!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 8 nights. It met ALL of our needs and more…. King bed, air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 1+ bathrooms, a lanai, elevator, pool and great ocean front view. It also was across the street from a Safeway grocery store, a Starbucks and more. It also included a reserved parking place.
