need place to put clothes

main problem with stay 1 no shelves 2 no drawers 3 only 4 clothes hangers for 2 people and 5 only 2 hooks because of this we had to live out of suitcase In bathroom there was no place to hang towels to dry if wanted to save on daily washing saving

Property is adjacent to the railroad, i.e., noisy trains start cruising very early. The staff are very nice, but need some training on communication. They could be more smiling and welcoming. Cancelling and refund policies are not clear, and hotel refused even partial refund after flight was cancelled and I communicated with the hotel more than two days early.
