One of the few hotels that upgraded me to a bigger room and gave me 20$ certificate at the hotel restaurant (which almost paid for my breakfast that is not included) due to my gold status. Rooms are very nice and clean (no microwave nor washer and dryer for guests). I was satisfied.

Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel restaurant is attentive with bar-like food so when I did not feel like going out, it was a welcomed venue. I would stay there again.

Liked that the pool was heated. It does get a bit noisy if there are kids in the pool or running down the hall but that's not really the hotel's fault. The AC was a tad loud and I had a headache, perhaps from the cleaning products or beddings but I'm also quite sensitive to smells. Overall, it was very nice and had a lot around. There was free parking and it was easy to drive around.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Coast Capri, 1 on family leisure and 2 for work related. This hotel is a convenient location for us. Satff is super friendly, rooms was quiet, beds are comfortable and shower worked well. We will appreciated if bathroom has exhaust fan. Thanks again for having us, we will meet again !!

The staff were super friendly, check in and out were super quick. No problems with noise or anything. Property outside seems a little outdated but that part did not contribute to the services received at the property. Breakfast was tasty, and the servers were quick shoutout to them mornings can be tough!!! Great service all around

We were upgraded to had a nice room with a mountain and pool view so we appreciated that! Front desk staffer was also very friendly. Our room was a good sized suite and clean too. The only negatives were no water bottles being offered on check in for our room, which is standard at most hotels we’ve stayed at, and no morning room service. Called down to the hotel restaurant to order us some breakfast around 8:30AM and was told room service wasn’t offered till 11AM? This is also the hotels’checkout time so how does that work exactly for room service?? Assuming kitchen staff shortage is to blame?
