I stayed for 2 nights and will be back again. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. My room was cozy and quiet. Bed was super comfy. My only drawback with this hotel is that there is no elevator. I wasnon the 3rd floor. Lucky I only had 1 bag to take up the stairs this stay. I have asthma and had a bit of a cold, so i had to take my time going up the stairwells. The very nice mexican gentleman at the front desk offered to take my bag up for me but I didnt want to bother him. My tv wasnt working properly but he promptly came to my room and fixed it for me. Had a nice chat with him while we waited for the update to finish. Overall, i recommend this hotel. I give it a 9/10

I absolutely loved everything! The service was incredible, and we had an amazing experience. Just one small note regarding the housekeeping: they made the bed, but everything else was left the same. We had some napkins on the floor and on the table that we left behind in a rush, and they were still there when we returned. Also, our breakfast and leftovers weren’t cleared. Aside from that, the amenities were fantastic—the hot tub was a dream, and the location was simply perfect. The front desk team was beyond wonderful, they made our stay even more enjoyable : )

I was there for a sport tournament and just needed a place to stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was average. Unfortunately, they had a leak Saturday night and had the water shut off so I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. The next morning the water was on but no hot water. These things happen! Just happy to have water again the next day.
