Updated with high end, comfortable furnishings, the living area comfortably accommodates eight and includes a wall mounted 52” LCD TV. A screened porch located just off the dining area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal before heading down to the beach. A brand new Keurig coffee brewer has been installed for your enjoyment.
1104 Duneside comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The main entry floor features 3 bedrooms with a master suite on the upper level, all with private baths. One bedroom is to the right of entry and has two twin beds. Two bedrooms face the ocean and include sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck and beach access, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Continue up one set of stairs to the main living area and continue on up to the third floor master suite with king bed, wall mounted TV and deck overlooking the ocean. The private bath offers his & her sinks and a walk-in marble/tile shower. There is a full size washer/dryer in the villa for your convenience.
The ocean is just a hop, skip and a jump from the villa and guests may access the gated Duneside community pool for added enjoyment. The oceanfront Duneside Villas are situated steps to the ocean on the rolling sand dunes of Kiawah Island’s charming West Beach Village neighborhood. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
