350 Low Oak Woods is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home in West Beach Village. This home boasts an open floor plan with 2,850 sq ft of inviting interiors, screened porch, furnished deck with BBQ grill, tranquil golf course views of Cougar Point’s 11th, and easy access to Kiawah Island’s pristine beaches, just a short 8-minute walk from the home.

350 Low Oak Woods' main living room opens directly into the dining room, while the kitchen overlooks both areas. The kitchen is equipped with a new range and ample counter space for preparing a delicious family dinner after a fun day on the beach or biking the trails. A screened porch is located just off the dining room leading out to an open deck overlooking Cougar Point’s 11th fairway with a gas grill for outdoor dining and BBQs. Recent updates include new refrigerator, hardwood floors, custom shelving in the living room and new flat screen televisions!

This West Beach vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first level and equipped with flat screen TVs. The master suite includes a king bed and private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are joined by a jack-n-jill bath. One room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 double beds. Upstairs you will find the very private 4th bedroom/mother-in-law suite complete with separate sitting area, small kitchenette and private bath with both tub and shower. The upstairs sitting area has recently been transformed into the 5th bedroom featuring a double bed (pictures to come soon).

West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with quaint villa rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 12. Bring your beach towels, as they are not included with the house!

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: The garage is not available for guest use. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

Loved it!

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The home was roomy, laid out well, and quality furnishings, beds, and furniture. Everything worked as it should and we had zero issues. The location in the development is near the beach..about 5 mins or so. The management company is very proactive and responsive. I’d stay here again for sure.

Beach, Shop, and Golf trip

This is an amazingly located property, within minutes of the beach. Located on the golf course this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that need updating such as a few mattress pads, but as aide from that I see us returning to this property very soon!
