The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff was very accommodating. This place has a rich history which dates back to centuries. A staff member patiently shared that long history with me. Don’t hesitate to book and the view of the harbor is magnificent.

Peaceful and clean, helpful and professional staff, beautiful scenery, excellent food. I grew up in that town and love that they employ some locals. I was treated like royalty even by the staff who didn’t know me. I was feeling nostalgic and proud, The hotel is a hidden gem and less than 10 minutes away from the airport and walking distance from the historic Fort Charles, Giddy House, Old Naval Hospital and lots more.

The worse breakfsdt in Janaica. I have lived in Jamaica and gobe back many times. Jamaica is famous for its food but i have to say this was the worse breakfast i have had anywhere. Cold chops cold calaloo wit saltfish and under cooked fried dumplings.served up like school dinners. Only the fruit punch was good

I stayed here with my niece, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. A big shout-out to Yvonne from the breakfast team, she made our mornings even more enjoyable! It’s great to see that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is definitely a plus as I’ll be looking forward to returning to upgraded rooms. We especially loved spending time by the pool, particularly in the evenings. The gardens and surrounding greenery are also very well maintained, kudos to the gardening team for keeping everything in such great condition. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was having snacks available to purchase on-site. However, the new Breakfast Supervisor explained that the gift shop is currently out of service due to renovations, but it will be back once everything is complete, which is good to know. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here because my friend wanted to Fort Charles and have a meal at Gloria's. The hitel was okay but the bathroom door had no handle.the front staff were mussing mist ifvthe tine. The worse thing was the breakfast. It was horrible. The staff dished up the food and it reminded of school dinners. It could do so much better.
