Very friendly front desk and hotel staff - they were always welcoming when we were coming and going. VERY clean rooms. The mattress was extra comfortable. Hotel is close (walking distance across the street) to many stores, Conestoga Mall and a short drive to points of interest (St. Jacob's Market). The room was clean, well maintained, and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and adequate storage for a short stay. The layout was functional and allowed for a relaxing environment after a long day. Breakfast was included and was sufficient.
